Listing of New York Meat and Poultry Plants

This list, an Excel spreadsheet, includes all meat and poultry slaughter and processing facilities in the state: USDA-inspected, state-licensed (5-A), custom, and those operating under the Venison Donation Program (VDP).

The list was put together by the Work Team on Livestock Processing at Cornell University and most recently updated in 2010.

On the homepage, click Begin Your Search. Under Business Type, select “Processor.” Under Line of Business, select “Meat Products,” then click Find a Business.
