State-licensed Poultry Processors
This list (pdf) includes all facilities licensed by the state of Oregon for “poultry and rabbit slaughter.” Most of these facilities focus on poultry, but the license allows rabbit also.

Oregon Meat and Poultry Processors
The Oregon Department of Agriculture maintains an online database of Oregon businesses with food safety licenses. To find meat and poultry processors, go to the database page and search for businesses (state-wide, by county, or by city) by type of license (select from drop-down menu):
- Poultry and rabbit slaughter
- Slaughterhouse
- Non-slaughtering processor
- Custom stationary slaughter
- Custom mobile slaughter
- Custom meat processor
All “Slaughterhouse” businesses are federally-inspected.
BE AWARE: the database has some omissions (e.g. Oregon Beef Company, a USDA inspected slaughter and processing facility in Madras, OR, does not come up in a search for Slaughterhouses.)
