Western Meat School
The Western Meat School is an innovative learning experience where farmers, ranchers, butchers, & others will learn how to direct market meat. This 6 week long course will cover key topics in production, processing, & marketing to produce high-quality meat and sell to diverse market channels. Learn new ways to manage risk in your meat business and improve your profitability. With in-person class locations in Oregon, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico, as well as online access for everybody else, this hybrid course will reach you where you are at.
Classes every Wednesday evening from Nov. 4-Dec. 16th, skipping Thanksgiving week.
Deadline to register is October 28th, 2020. Cost is $120 per person or $160 per couple/partnership.
