The Niche Meat Processor Assistance Network, with funding from the Northwest & Rocky Mountain Regional Food Business Center and the USDA Meat & Poultry Processing Technical Assistance program, is offering this program to provide niche meat producers, processors, and meat brands access to longer term coaching and consulting to assist you in working through a difficult challenge or taking advantage of a new opportunity. Up to 10 hours of free coaching/consulting will be provided to those who are selected for this program. This is an application-based program and not all requests will be fulfilled.
