Brian Brozovic is a vertically integrated meat industry veteran with over 20+ years experience who understands the “big picture” when it comes to all aspects of the business. A meat scientist by trade, Brian has experience working with small establishments, Fortune 500 global meat processors, the public service sector of government, and everywhere else in between.
Brian specializes in sales & marketing strategy, operations, compliance, food safety & quality assurance, research & development, warehousing, and continuous improvement. His experience with hands on operations, senior management leadership, and business ownership lends a unique insight into all aspects of the business and the ability to speak the language of all sectors.
